add a hasSensitiveInformation getter to AuthenticationException

Description

this getter should determine if its safe to use the message/extra information in error messages shown to the user. the value of the getter would need to be set on a per instance basis.

while we are at it we should also fix the constructor signature to match the parent: public function construct($message = null, $code = 0, Exception $previous = null);
