Show different svn urls, should use tagged release and have a notice about using most recent (currently 1_2_7)

On the /installation/1_2 page, the version is dynamically changed whenever we release a new version. The /book/1_2 is a page from the book and as such is not dynamically updated. Perhaps you can add a note in the book referencing the installation page, so that people can use the latest available version.
