Update sfPJS plugin description now that functionality is included in sf1.2

Description

It took me over 1.5 hours of trying to make sfPJS work in sf1.2 before I discovered that it has been replaced with use_dynamic_javascript(). Please update the sfPJS plugin page to reflect this!

As of symfony 1.0 and 1.1 aren't maintained anymore, and there's a documented solution in symfony 1.2+ i suggest to remove sfPJSPlugin from the plugin repository.
