uppercase POST/GET are not XHTML valid

Description

Since in XHTML (both Transitional and Strict) all attributes values must be lowercase, POST and GET values for "method" attribute of "form" tag make pages not pass w3c validation check. This should be fixed both in source code and documentation examples.
