When unpacking sf_sandbox.tgz, it reports that the archive is corrupted.

Can't reproduce the problem. Can you precise your system and unpacking software?

the zip file only contains one single file

the archive contains all the necessary files. You probably have a problem with your unpacking software. If you meet problems, type 

$ tar zxpf sf_sandbox.tgz

on linux
