Problem with freeze and directory structure change

Description

When you change the directory structure, like that for exemple : 

/symfony_rpoject
   /apps
   /cache
   /...
/www
   /css
   /images
   /...

(as describe here http://www.symfony-project.org/book/1_0/19-Mastering-Symfony-s-Configuration-Files#The%20Basic%20File%20Structure) and try to make a freeze, it seems that the task dosent call sf_web_dir var (/www), so the /www dir isnt freezed.

The same problem occurs on a unfreeze.
