Description

I used sf_format: appcache to generate a manifest.appcache file I didn't understand why this wasn't possible until I discovered the appropriate params in factory.yml Also ... a typo in sf_format can cause a very long bug_search

Please provide an error like "sf_format %%sf_format%% not known. Please be sure to declare it in factories.yml"
